Mid August 2008, Celebrate Old Downtown hosted Daredevil Days. This included several traditional Niagara Falls Daredevil acts along with several Buskers who entertained the thousands who came out to support the revitalization project here on Queen Street in Niagara Falls.

A tribute to Elvis in September rocked rocked the airwaves and created a new culture of music for Queen Street. The event had the top Elvis tribute artist as well as many other Elvis impersonators "Singing in the Rain" but it still didn't put a damper on the dedicated Elvis fans.

Springlicious was our most successful event and will definitely be a yearly event. This was Celebrate Old Downtowns first large scale event which featured local wineries, micro breweries, and restaurants from all over Niagara Falls. Queen Street saw crowds of 30,000 record numbers that hadn't been repeated in decades.
